Please know that we do try to adhere to each countries individual import policies. While we do our best to make sure that we don't ship prohibited products or larger quantities than allowed into the destination country, it is up to you to double check your countries import policies before ordering.
Some of the items we sell are prohibited by customs into International countries. We will try to notify you during checkout to let you know that an item may be prohibited, however, it is solely your responsibility (as the customer) to make sure the items you are ordering are allowed.
Orders that are seized by your local customs can not be refunded. If your parcel is being returned to sender due to containing prohibited or banned items or violating their import policies, only once the parcel arrives back to our facility will a refund for the purchase price of the products minus the shipping cost and minus a 15% restocking fee be issued. You may be responsible for return shipping fees. Unfortunately, unless the order is returned back to our warehouse in an undamaged and resalable condition, we can not issue a refund. We cannot be held responsible for delays and transit times if your parcel is being returned.
