What Happens With Unavailable Items?

In some instances, an item or items that you have selected for purchase may become unavailable or discontinued. In order to offer the highest satisfaction, depending on your orders particular details, our team will take one of the following actions: 

  • If your order contains MULTIPLE items, eVitamins will cancel the discontinued item(s) from your order and ship the remaining portion of your order.

  • If your order contains MULTIPLES of the discontinued item, the quantity of the item will be adjusted to reflect available inventory and the remaining portion of your order will be shipped.

  • If the ONLY item in your order becomes discontinued or unavailable, your order will automatically become cancelled and an e-mail notice will be sent out. 

NOTE: Any payments made will be refunded. For information regarding if/when payment is collected, please click here. eVitamins will not be held liable for partial shipments due to discontinued items. eVitamins retains the rights to cancel any order at any time.
