How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your recent order by following the steps below.


Log in to your eVitamins account by entering your current e-mail address and password here.


Select 'My Orders' from the menu on the left. From this screen, you can view your 'Recent Orders,' 'Unshipped Orders,' and 'Shipped Orders.'


Select, ‘View Order Details’ next to the order you wish to obtain the status for. Under ‘Shipment Info’ you can view the current order status. Use the guide below for a brief description of what each status means.

 


Processing - 'Processing' means your order was received by our system successfully and your order will begin preparing for shipment.

Not Yet Shipped - 'Not Yet Shipped’ means your parcel has not yet processed for shipment and is currently awaiting fulfillment at our facility.

Boxed - Awaiting Shipment - ‘Boxed-Awaiting Shipment’ means your order has processed for shipment and will depart our facility shortly. 

Shipped - ‘Shipped’ means your parcel has already been prepared and collected from our facility and is currently in transit.

Cancelled - 'Cancelled' means your order was cancelled in our system and will not process for shipment.
